Yes. A project can combine PIKES PEAK labels, patches and trims, Bacood films and bonding materials, and EYIEN finished transfers. We select the combination around your product and application, whether you are developing apparel, footwear, bags or headwear.
Yes. We work from your artwork, dimensions and color reference. A Pantone reference or physical color sample helps define the target; films, inks and yarns are reviewed against the agreed sample because they reproduce color differently.
Send your artwork or reference, dimensions, intended quantity, application position and base material details. AI, CDR, EPS or an editable PDF is preferred for artwork. For bonding or heat application, an actual material sample lets us evaluate the construction and pressing conditions. Sample fees and timing are agreed for the project.
MOQ depends on the product, dimensions, material and process. Share the design and intended quantity, and we will confirm the applicable minimum with the quotation.
Timing depends on the construction, materials, quantity, testing and sample review rounds. We agree a sample schedule after reviewing the brief and confirm the production schedule against the approved sample and order.
No. The base material, coating, stretch and heat sensitivity affect the choice. We test the selected combination on the actual material and establish the application settings for that construction.
Recycled film and yarn options can be considered for selected products. Available documents relate to the specific material and product. Tell us which item you are developing and what documentation you need.
